I am a Principal my own practice as Barrister and Solicitor (Law firm - general practice) since 1990.

I have offices in Piha (Piha Law) and Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand. 

I have 24 years experience in the law, in particular criminal litigation, to which I bring a wide experience of all areas of the law.

Work undertaken:
• Traffic, Criminal Jury Trial, Family, Civil and Waitangi Tribunal Litigation, Appeals and Judicial Review
• Conveyancing, Commercial, Estates and Trusts; LINZ e-dealing registered
• I operate a solicitors trust account
• I am an instructing solicitor, and undertake some legal aid work.

My "apprenticeship": a wide variety of work throughout the Commercial, Litigation and Conveyancing (domestic and commercial) departments. Authoured 
firm publications on company directors' liabilities, etc. Work included wills, opinions, insurance and rates collections, insolvency, negligence, summary 
judgment, traffic, minor criminal High and District Courts; commercial drafting service, licensing, company restructuring, partnerships, securities, 
sales of businesses and companies, tax and intellectual property, overseas takeovers.
